Google Calendar user notes for activity setters.
To have your activity shown on this calendar, you can 1) be invited to add/modify events on an exiting calendar here 2) you can create a Google Calendar and this calendar can link to and show the events on your calendar.
Note – if you start using approach #1 you can easily convert to approach #2 using “copy event to my calendar”

Benefits – you can add/edit events on this calendar from your personal Google account.
Deficits – this calendar can delete your access to this calendar.
a. You will be sent an email by the administrator of this calendar.
b. Log into Google - The email link will get you to Google. If you don’t have a Google account, you will be asked to create one. If you have a Google account, log in.
c. Once in Google Calendar, you will be asked to add this calendar to yoru calendar.
d. Depending on the permission given to you by this calendar you may be able to add and/or edit any item on this calendar.
2) you can create your own Google Calendar and this calendar can link to and show the events on your calendar
Benefits – you have complete control of the calendar including canceling sharing. We can’t change your events unless you give us permission.
Deficit – you probably want to set up a generic club Google account and calendar for your club so your calendar administration can transfer to future administrations
