This is the preferred site since it is reasonable priced, a
nice property, and is between LZ and on the way to launch. Also the owners have let us use meeting
rooms for pilot meetings as needed.
A locked meeting room may be available to store gliders overnight.
Both hotels share the same property and share a pool, hot tub, laundry
facilities, and a restaurant - Malarky's
Econo Lodge has Donuts and Coffee
or Juice for each guest.

Quality has larger rooms, hairdryers, coffee makers,
mini-fridges and microwaves. The Breakfast is made to order eggs, bacon, toast
and coffee or juice for each guest. They can bring your breakfast right before
our meeting.

Currently the Sandia Ranger district
has historically closed all open camping by June due to fire restrictions. They
have a group camp site available but they said it may very likely close by the
time the event happens.
